We offer exchange only on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with the size or product received, you may request an exchange subject to our exchange conditions.

Exchange ke case mein additional shipping charges apply honge.
Customer ko exchanged/replacement product ki shipping ke liye shipping charges separately pay karne honge. Exchange process karne se pehle applicable shipping charges customer ko inform kiye jayenge.
💗 No Return & No Refund
- We do not accept returns for refunds.
- We do not provide refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.
- Original shipping charges paid while placing the order are non-refundable.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

✓ Have all original tags, labels and packaging intact
✓ Not be washed, damaged, altered or used
✓ Be requested within the applicable exchange period
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
💳 Payment Information
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be paid online using the payment methods available at checkout.
